Job Summary:
The Volunteer Community Outreach Officer will design, implement, and monitor community engagement strategies to expand HPSC’s reach and impact. The officer will work closely with program staff to mobilize communities, raise awareness, and strengthen partnerships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement community outreach strategies and campaigns.
• Engage with communities, stakeholders, and partners to promote HPSC programs.
• Conduct community mapping and identify potential collaboration opportunities.
• Support monitoring and reporting of outreach activities.
• Facilitate virtual community engagement sessions and awareness programs.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Community Development, Communications, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in community outreach, engagement, or advocacy. Preferably in an NGO environment.
• Strong computer literacy and familiarity with remote communication tools (Zoom, Teams, email).
• Excellent interpersonal, networking, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.

Job Summary:
The Volunteer Counselling Psychologist will provide professional psychological support, guidance, and counseling services to HPSC clients and staff. The role is critical in ensuring mental health needs are met remotely, through virtual sessions and support initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide remote counseling and psychological support to clients.
- Develop and implement virtual mental health programs and interventions.
- Conduct assessments, provide guidance, and follow-up with clients.
- Support staff and volunteers with mental health awareness and self-care strategies.
- Maintain confidential records of client sessions and outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Counselling, or Clinical Psychology.
- Licensed or registered to practice as a Counselling Psychologist (where applicable).
- Minimum 2 years’ experience providing psychological counseling or mental health services.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to deliver services remotely.
