
Judith Adhiambo Ochieng
Founder and Chairperson
As the Founder and Chairperson of the Holistic Peer Support Center (HPSC), Judith holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sustainable Human Development from Tangaza University, Diploma in Social Work from Kenya Institute of Development Studies, Certified Professional Mediator and Kenya Sign Language Interpreter. She is currently advancing her expertise by pursuing a course in Counseling Psychology.
With extensive experience in community engagement, organizational development, and strategic analysis of human development programs, she applies a strong need-based approach to her work. Driven by a passion for transformation, she plays a key role in advancing HPSC’s vision by fostering partnerships, collaborating with diverse stakeholders, and applying her leadership and management skills.

Nancy Juliana Lunga’tso
Secretary
As Secretary of the Holistic Peer Support Center (HPSC), Nancy she oversees meeting coordination, documentation, and organizational compliance. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from Mount Kenya University, Parklands Law Campus, a Diploma in Information Technology from Saint Paul’s University, and a Certificate in Mediation from the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Kenya). Her combined expertise in law, IT, and mediation strengthens HPSC’s governance, digital record management, and conflict resolution processes, supporting the organization’s mission of effective, transparent, and community-centered programming.

Jethro Nyagilo
Treasurer
Jethro is the Treasurer of the Holistic Peer Support Center (HPSC), bringing strong expertise in financial stewardship, human rights protection, and community governance. He holds a Bachelors Degree of Arts in Criminology and Security Studies from Chuka University. As trained criminologist and security consultant, he has extensive experience in preventing and responding to human rights violations, with a focus on safeguarding vulnerable populations. His professional background combines security management, risk assessment, and advocacy, supporting HPSC’s mission to promote mental health, justice, and community resilience through ethical leadership and accountability.
